Currently, in order to increase prevention and to find more appropriate solution to hate incidents, In IUSTITIA tries to cooperate with government to optimize the legislation and the activities of the responsible authorities in connection with hate violence.

In IUSTITIA representatives are members of the advisory bodies of the public administration.

During the works of the Ministry of Justice Committee for the preparation of the law on victims, the representatives of In IUSTITIA seek to increase visibility of the needs of victims of hate crimes, including access to free legal counsel.

In the Security Agency Committee for Social Inclusion of Roma Communities, In IUSTITIA experts contributed with their knowledge in drafting of the security solutions in the areas of social exclusion.
