THE JUSTINE COUNSELLING CENTRE FOR KLADNO OFFERS ITS SERVICES TO:

 

·         Especially vulnerable crime victims;

·         Hate violence victims and persons threatened by hate violence;

·         The social environment of the person who is being threatened by hate violence,

          and other people close to them (family members, partners, friends, organization

          representatives, co-workers, etc.);

·         Witnesses (including witnesses of hate violence).

 

The Justine Counselling Centre offers its services to individuals only. Organizations requesting help (e.g. NGOs) do not have a claim to the services of the Justine Counselling Centre; in such cases, counselling shall be dependent on the decision of the executive team and the counselling centre’s capacity.

 

HELP IS AVAILABLE IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

·         in person at Váňova 3180, 272 01 Kladno (the ‘Česká pojišťovna’ building,

          3rd Floor, door no. 315)

                     MON 9 AM to 4 PM

·         by phone:

          days)

   

WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

 

·         Social consulting and provision of legal information;

·         Help with filing submissions;

·         Accompanying (according to the needs especially vulnerable victims);

·         Legal representation (victims of hate violence).
